Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Dover

Do yourself a favor and if you plan on have a good day with the correct order and friendly atmosphere, do NOT go to this location. I have had so many bad experiences and it has come to this. I have just moved to wingdale and thought I’d try it out I ordered food and when they went to bring it to the cashier it fell on the floor. So they kicked it out of sight and with the window still open told another staff member to pick it up and give it to me and not say anything. So I went to Dover and they remade it for me. Then no matter what I order food wise I’d get the wrong item, if i ordered a croissant stuffer I’d get a bagel, if i order a donut I’d get a bagel. They love handing me bagels. My drinks were almost always made wrong and if I asked them to remake it they would hold it out the window and tell me it was made correctly and argue with me until I took it. Sometimes I’d putt up to drive through and get “what do you want?” lol always always cranky there. They have given me caffeinated coffee when I ask for decaf and I’m pregnant. I try going to Dover because they are the best but it’s more convenient to go to wingdale. And then I end up having to go to Dover ANYWAYS to ask if they can remake it. What am I paying money for? A horrible experience with tons of attitude and incorrect floor food. I have written a survey and am waiting for a response from the district manager. I’m also trying to contact the dunkin brand rep for this area. This is a poor poor excuse for a dunkin. At this point I’d rather drink coffee made from toilet water. I came and used the only bathroom that wasn’t out of order to find it dirty no soap and very little toilet paper. I went to the counter and told a young lady and a young man. And the young man told me to tell the gas station part of the store. As if it was my job. So I ordered my coffee and bagel. I asked for my beagle to be well done. As I waited I went to the gas station counter I told that lady about the bathroom and she said why are you telling me ? I mean what’s is going on here. Than I went to get my order and my bagel was not cooked the way I wanted. I ask it to be cooked again and the manager told me I need to ask for it dark. 🤬 terrible...

I lived in Dover quite some time, so the Dunkin in Wingdale is convenient when you're on the way down 22, and its like every time i go i get disappointed and hope maybe they'll change. Well this time, there were just 1 too many screw ups in one day. I had a long strain of hair INSIDE of my iced coffee, ordered an avocado toast with brown nasty avocado spread, I didn't receive the orange juice I paid for, and my sons donuts we're all melted and nasty. Like come'on. NEVER COMING AGAIN! People drive 8 minutes up the road to the one in Dover or 15 minutes to the Patterson location. Don't even waste...
