Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

Different note: I went Dunkin for an open interview advertised by them on 24th feb and interviewed by Ashley. I got a call and went for 2nd interview and the store manager was there. He told me to apply online as I was selected. I applied and waited a week for the link which he was about to send me the same day. I went again in the store for the link on March 24th and he sent me the link. I filled up all onboarding task and again waited for 2weeks and went to the store on april 2 where the manager asked me for my identification cards like drivers license or passport or green card. I provided those. Now I am still waiting for a start date. It is been 2 months since I gave the interview and more then 1 month as hired in the portal. This is the worst dunkin around. The only thing going for them is the convenience of the location. They frequently mess up orders and they’re always out of stock for different items. For whatever reason they only ever have Boston cream donuts, never anything else. If you place an order for pick up, check it before you go. Not only do they mess up drink orders but if they’re out of an item, they won’t tell you. You’ll leave having been charged and getting nothing in the item’s place. Ive been inside multiple times when customers are irate for one reason or another. If you go in to place an order, you’ll also wind up waiting 2-3x longer than you would had you gone through the drive thru. Went to this Dunkin today through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for oat milk in my vanilla bean Coolata because I am lactose intolerant. We sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for them to get the full order together. They forgot my water and boston crème donut. When we were pulling out I noticed they didn’t even put oat milk on the drink order slip. We were in a rush and couldn’t turn around, luckily I had lactaid on me. Although, I ordered a large and we are heading to the city, unable to stop, the lactaid doesn’t last very long. After a couple minutes on the road we opened our food, the munchkins and my boston crème donut are stale. This is a major concern to me, to my knowledge dunkin is supposed to have FRESH donuts daily whether they were finished the day before or not. Very disappointed in...
