Wow another review so close to mine and I placed a customer relations issue with corporate and the case is open as the franchisee at this location is yet to call me back or email as discussed. In a nut shell worst customer service ever this time a foul mouthed young man almost leaping from behind the counter to tell me that he was with one other person n no one inside so what was my hold up. I have a baby in the car as the reason I do curbside not to wait 25 mins then leave him in car to ask where is my order. Then he proceeded to ask what was my order. Are you serious?? You should know exactly what it is!!!!!!!!! He needs to be fired. Second attempt this morning and Iâm waiting in the meantime other vehicles have come n gone n go in mind u parked in curbside which a sign should display for people like me only!!!! This is ridiculous and want to know how this is being handled. You should not have PT kids working at a well known establishment that will cost you customers. RUDE-LACK OF CS-SLOW-AND ALWAYS OUT OF DONUTS (then they come out with assuming you want something they bring out instead)

   Read moreJust had a horrible mobile ordering experience at this store. They didn't make my food because they were out of a basic item. I asked them to alter it, and I waited several more minutes (it was now 20 minutes after the original order) before inquiring about it again. They hadn't even started working on it, so I demanded a refund. Last trip to Dunkin.
I had another disastrous experience with this I placed a simple order on the app. When I arrived 11 minutes later it wasn't ready. I inquired about it and they said they never received it. I showed the receipt to the associate on the register and she told the food preparers about it, who replied "it's gonna have to wait, we just got an order for 12 sandwiches." So I demanded a refund (for the order of one sandwich that was placed 15 min before). The associate didn't know how to process it. She called the manager. I was told I would have to do it myself on the app. Great way to treat customers. I will not be back. Shame on me for giving them another chance.
Strike 3. 2/23/22. Placed curbside order. Waited 17 minutes, never fulfilled. It's the worst run fast food establishment I've ever seen....
   Read moreI've been the Exexcutive Administrator of offices near by. For 7+ years in the area. And there was only a very brief time where mistakes weren't made at this DD. Most of those 7 years the drinks were made badly and food over cooked. Multiple times my tenants and myself received coffee with an everwhelming taste of sodium from their water system and the complaints fell on deaf ears. Once time they didn't even speak English to assist us and their was no one, not even their manager on the premise. Today. I received a carmel ice coffee with zero taste of carmel and, no ice. My tenants go to Fishkill just to avoid the DD next door. I do not reccommend it to guest to the building. And the young lady and young man today were rude. And obviously not trained well at all. Nothing unusual for this DD. I can't get an answer on the phone either to even speak with a manager. Not reccommended. Miss the manager from a few years back. Her staff were trained and they made...
