We've been ordering from Sonny's since 2016 when we moved here. The last year order 2 haven't been great. I place an order and they tell me 25 minutes. I go in to get my order and now they say a couple more mins. 45 minutes later and I finally get my chicken parm hero! I stopped going and about a month ago figured I'd give them another try. Well I place my chicken entree order and ask for my angel hair pasta on the side with red sauce. I get home and they mixed it in with my spicy chicken dish!! Now I have to cook something for my son & grandson which defeats the purpose of take out. Today I order 2 chicken rolls and they tell me 25-30 minutes. I get there to pick up my order and there's only 1!! Again they say a couple of minutes so I pay my order and wait. About 10 minutes later and now they're about to make the roll. Absolutely ridiculous after I already waited 30 mins to now have to wait another 30.
