Montauk Market Springs — Restaurant in Town of East Hampton

Staff was friendly but not attentive enough to notice when customers are waiting to be tended to. We placed order and then directed to be seated that our order would be brought out. Our entrees were brought in baskets with little coverage for things that are being reused to serve food. There’s no record system with the ordering. We had to advise the other employee of our order after the one that took order left for the day? Food was good but not great. Definitely lacked flavor. We ordered the Chicken Burrito and Hot Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, we ordered dessert to go. We had the carrot cake and tres leches.. I guess they leave desserts until sold. Incredibly stale.
