Wanted to go to Wednt park today. Waited until the sun went down a little before we left but realized on the way we needed dinner. Went to Rayzors in Eden because they let dogs inside. Well kiddo wound up playing on the park for an hour and Picasso absolutely loved watching the kids run around and rolling around in the grass so we never made it to the beach. maybe tomorrow... Picasso is an all black female Lab Shepherd mix born 3/27/24. She is the sweetest thing who loves kids, all humans and all other dogs. She is currently 28.7 lbs at 17 weeks old. She made the long journey up from Texas with her siblings and was named Picasso because she had white paint speckles on her. She loves to chase and play fetch. She is doing well potty training. She is attentive, very intelligent and cuddly. Up to date on all age-appropriate preventatives and vaccinations. She sleeps in a crate throughout the night without a peep and for short spans throughout the day without complaint. Apply at OARWNY.org already approved email oarwny@gmail.com. …...... I have been fostering since September 2022 though Open Arms Rescue. they are a 501c3 out of Akron, NY and they give us EVERYTHING we need as well as sending us a ton of fun things they get donated. We do still have a wishlist of extra things we would like. You can donate them directly to us through our Amazon wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3A8WTZ7PQX71N?ref_=wl_share and please remember to have your pets spayed or neutered. Charbroiled hotdog$ and burger$! Yes, please, and yum! Omg, the foot long chili cheese dog was terrific! My co-worker and I went there for lunch! We took the scenic route, and it was magnificent! We past balloon style framed homes! We went under two historic bridges, and we seemed to follow part of the 18-mile creek as we winded to our destination! The owner chose to display cool logos and hockey memorabilia to celebrate Rob Rays Stanley Cup career. The new building was a log cabin style that suited its surrounds! Nice place and great experience! JKC

Rayzor’s Dawg House is hands-down one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Fries are perfectly crispy. The portions are generous for the price, and you can tell they care about quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I come in, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. You can taste the love they put into the food. Definitely worth the visit if you want a great meal worth the prices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spend your money elsewhere because this place is not worth it. Food is okay (Connor’s and George’s are better; fresh, consistent, and comparable prices) but customer service is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The owner is unprofessional and lacks self-control and his workers follow his lead. It’s clear he thinks he can treat customers however he wants because he is the owner.

Upon coming in, the owner came out to inform our family (we have about 20 of us) that we need to make sure to tip when we order our food. We were all paying as individual families. This is not a full-service restaurant. I am not being served at my table so a tip is not expected, but I probably would have tipped anyways. But as someone who served in a restaurant for years, to TELL customers to tip by the owner is crass and wildly unprofessional.

When me and my husband and two young kids walked in, we were told rudely to clear the area and wait outside for our orders. I have been here one other time (this was my husband’s first time!), so it started our evening on yet another bad note. There was no need to shoo us out as we had just met up with our extended family, and my daughter ran into a school friend , which is what a dining experience is for: to socialize. We were not rowdy nor rude. For reference, there was one other family in line at the time besides us and another family dining in the inside portion so we were not impeding traffic.

I went outside with my infant and saw my cousin walk up. We met roughly in front of the ice cream window but were a distance away by the table. We were talking when the female worker opened the window and asked what we would like. We told her we were just chatting and we’re good, thanks. This prompted her to roll her eyes and slam shut the window. Okay, so we can’t socialize outside either.

I ordered a chicken rice bowl (hot, no black beans, with pepper jack cheese). When I received our order, the bowl came with black beans, no sauce or seasoning whatsoever, and zero cheese. I went in to ask for some sort of sauce or “hot” and cheese, and the young girl who had taken my order did not believe me and had to “check my ticket”. Neither of those items were up charges, so to ask for cheese and some sort of “hot” that I ordered (she asked for my preference upon ordering) was reasonable and it was wild that she didn’t believe me and wanted to check. I finally got a slice of pepper jack for my bowl.

In addition to these, there were a bunch of other things that occurred to other members of our group. The owner’s responses from the first interaction through the last showed that he has zero emotional or managerial intelligence or knowledge of how customer service impacts...

From the moment you step into Rayzor’s Dawg House, you can sense the energy and efficiency that Alyssa brings to the establishment. Her speed and accuracy at the register are unparalleled. Even during the busiest times, she handles transactions swiftly without missing a beat, ensuring that the line moves quickly and customers are never left waiting long.

But Alyssa’s talents don’t stop at the register. When it comes to serving ice cream, she is in a league of her own. Her scoops are perfectly portioned and beautifully presented, making each serving a delightful treat. She has an incredible talent for creating the perfect cone, whether you’re in the mood for a classic vanilla or a more adventurous flavor combination. Her attention to detail ensures that every customer gets exactly what they want, and her friendly demeanor makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Alyssa’s ability to multitask is truly impressive. She manages to juggle multiple orders, keep the counter clean, and engage with customers all at the same time. Her efficiency is matched only by her warm and welcoming personality. She always greets customers with a smile and takes the time to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. It’s clear that she loves what she does, and it shows in the quality of her work and her interactions with customers.

In a world where good service can sometimes be hard to find, Alyssa stands out as a shining example of what excellent customer service should be. Her quickness, skill, and positive attitude make her a huge asset to Rayzor’s Dawg House and a favorite among customers. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or treating yourself to some delicious ice cream, Alyssa ensures that your experience is...

Over PRICED! I honestly would rather have Sunset grill but due to them being seasonal and it being off season...I went to this place. Food isn't bad but WAY too expensive and the staff is all high school kids who seem to care less. When I was there no one had a mask or hair not and seemed not even customers were required to wear a mask. That was probably the worst part of the whole experience there is the lack of COVID protection worn by staff and required of customers.

And for the OWNER to comment and call me a liar when I was literally there TODAY with my family....is pretty messed up! I have been to the competition hence me saying ID RATHER HAVE SUNSET GRILL. None of the kitchen workers at your establishment had masks OR HAIR NETS on. Whether you want to claim they do or not I saw for myself AND I MENTIONED IT TO THE GIRL TAKING MY ORDER as well as had another customer mention it who was standing in line with me. I leave reviews literally EVERY PLACE I go and I am always 100% honest and fair but no...middle of a pandemic and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A MASK OR HAIR NET and $40 for 2 adults and 1 toddler to eat AT A HOT DOG STAND IS RIDICULOUS! SUNSET GRILL in Irving is hands down WAY BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE for a much more reasonable price for the food they offer! And the owner doesn't come after ANYONE BASED ON OPINION ...they simply take it in and work on improvements for the customers.

I'm also not the first person to make a review on masks not being worn and it seems this owner came after that gentleman as well (who was a...
