Multiple times of going there the multiple different employees at the window are RUDE! One time they gave us our food, shut their window without saying a word...we sat there waiting to get their attention because we needed straws and we could hear them inside talking "idk why they still sitting there...they have everything" AMUNG other things. So when they came to the window and said what else do we need, we said we could hear EVERYTHING and all we needed was straws and if you would just come to the window and ask you would know or asked if we needed anything else. I also told them that if they don't enjoy their job then maybe they need new ones because being rude or ignorant doesn't look good!
Second time... We ordered, got to the window, the girl handed us the stuff, quickly said have a nice day and shut the window... We ended up sitting there TRYING yet again to get someone's attention for ALMOST 4-5 MINUTES because we were still waiting on a bag of chips we ordered but everyone walked away to avoid service (you can 100% tell)... Then an very nice older lady came to the window FINALLY and we told her what we were still waiting on. She apologized and gave us our stuff.
I think training your window employees PROPER customer service was be great! I could care less about how quickly you need people out...
   Read moreWe often stop by here to pick up drinks or food, but today when we stopped by to pick up an order from the Tim Hortons app, the employee said they were out of bacon and steak, so we tried to get a refund, but the lady that seemed like store manager said that we couldnât get a refund in their store, and that we would have to get a refund via the Tim Hortons app. So then we followed the apps instructions and got an email saying that we would have had to request a refund directly at the store where the order was placed,The In-Store staff has the authorization to provide a refund,Because the stores are individually owned and issuing a refund for an in-store transaction is ultimately up to the store manager or ownerâs direction. We ordered a chipotle steak wrap and a steak cheddar panini but they were out of steak, and we were supposed to get a refund on these orders but no one at the store wanted to refund us. This was a very annoying and overall bad experience from this local Tim Hortons store you can be sure that I wont be coming back anymore.    Read moreMy sister, my mom and I stopped to go inside yesterday, we walked in and saw about seven people working, all of which just huddling, laughing, two of the girls were hiding under the counter as if they were in lockdown. We go to order and it was as if we were aliens they could not stop laughing and whispering to themselves, finally they took our order and my mom asked for some milk and ice in her iced coffee, they ignored us for a while but then finally took the coffee, got out a jug of milk and as the girl poured some in, FOUR other workers huddled around it and watched /laughed, it was as if they were poisoning it. The manger came out and had to hand us more milk because the just didnât put any in, I donât know why they couldnât. Then me and my sister waited for our drinks, they could not stop laughing and looking back (it was as if they knew us from somewhere, but I know thatâs not the case) while NOT making our drink, finally we got everything, overall it was made pretty poorly. If I had to take a guess I would say they were all super high. Honeslty super hilarious experience though, have never had anything like it.
