Absolutely awful experience. Went for a nice family dinner with out of town family. We had no idea they had specials until all of us had already ordered then realized there was one specials menu hiding under the other menus. Waitress never mentioned them. Just as the entrees were coming out they notified my 11 year old daughter they could not make her meal which they would have known when she ordered it but waited until everyone else was getting their entree to have her order something else. Then all the meals came except my 9 year old sons. The youngest child at the table was the only one whose entire did not come out. Wine glasses were empty most of the dinner even when we asked for refills. Chicken Marsala came with red sauce on it and when I asked why they claimed it was red wine when it was clearly red tomato sauce. All of the food was mediocre and most people did not eat their meals. Waitress did not notice or care. My daughter finally ordered pizza after they could not make her meal and the pizza was awful. One person at our table of 6 was offered desert while none of the rest of the table even got a desert menu. Coffee refills were never offered. Had to flag down another waitress to get coffee for my father. Empty plates were piled up and not removed the entire dinner. Bread that was served looked like warmed up sub rolls. No butter or oil offered with the bread. To go containers leaked all over the the table, chairs and in my mother and laws car after they drove away. Bad lighting. No music. Vacuum cleaner in the corner by our table. Overalls...
Read moreFirst time here. If you’re planning on eating here the door for the dining room is on the left side of the building. You can not enter through the take out door. Perhaps a sign with an arrow pointing to that dining entrance would be helpful! Service was awesome, quick and right on . If you like sweet sauce this is the place to go. I found it just a little too sweet. The stuff shells , chicken parm and lagsana was plentiful and served with wonderfully melted cheese! The bread was warm and yummy. The salad was ok. Could use some dark greens , red onion instead of that strong tasting white onions and some chic peas and a little shredded cheese on it, perhaps some baby tomato. dressings were very good. Husband had blue cheese and I had balsamic vinaigrette . I am anxious to...
Read moreThis place is amazing! The food is SO good. My husband & I had such a a nice time. It was so much bigger than I thought from the outside & the decor is very attractive (dark woods, stone, classic white & black). The young man who greeted us, Jackson, set the tone with his smile & welcoming demeanor. Our waitress, Audriana, was excellent! She helped us decide (the menu has a lot of delicious options). You can taste a family recipe in the cooking from the homemade sauce to the seasonings in the breading on the meats & flavor of the olive oil. We can't wait to try more & more dishes! I have to save room for a cannoli too. We will definitely be back...A LOT! I look forward to eating on the...
