Pizza Delizia Italian Classics — Restaurant in Town of Elma

I work for a tree company and depending where we are working that day we order a pizza from the local shops. Today we were in Elma and selected Pizza Delizia. Let’s just say, if you’re a local and not ordering from here you should be. Walking in I was immediately greeted by the owner. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni and I selected a 2 liter once I walked in. He grabbed me some cups for the guys and cashed me out. I told him I needed a receipt since it’s the bosses money. He then told me to thank my boss for supporting his small business. I walked outside and as I was getting in my truck he came running out with a food boat. In it was a boneless with his medium sauce. The sauce was just perfect and a contender for my favorite wing sauce in Buffalo. This guy went above and beyond to earn our business. Once I got back to the job site the guys gathered around and we opened the box to see this perfectly charred pie with true buffalo “cuperoni”. After the first few bites each of the guys said “wow that’s a good pie!”. My boss who never eats two slices apologized and said we can’t split his slice today because he’s eating it. I’ll personally go out of my way to support and order from Pizza Delizia Italian Classics. I’ve already told my wife about it and we are going for dinner one of these nights coming up. Super good!!

So little story to my review. I am 7 months pregnant and have been craving a steak I'm the grass sub for a few days now.. I normally get it from Ronnys in Lancaster because they know just how I like it. Well it was 8:50pm on friday night and there was no way we were going to make it there (we live in elma) and decided to finally try Pizza Delizia. We called and even though they dont have steak in the grass on their menu the very nice woman who answered assured me she knew how and even took the extra step to make it a Garlic bread sub. I was worried it wouldnt live up to my expectations but oh.my.god. did it ever. It was seriously even better than when I used to make it for myself back when I worked at a pizza place. Incredible! My mother was looking for somewhere new to get a her sheet and bucket tonight and we told her Bout this place!! The pizza was even better than I would have expected as well. This place is my new Go-To spot for pizza and wings. Called them the other night before the 8pm Bills game kicked off, and the guy who answered the phone was super helpful, and even managed to work out a delivery for me even though i was a bit outside of their range. They also accommodated my delivery after their normal hours, which was something i wasn't expecting, but was very pleased with. The pizza was awesome! Fresh ingredients, great tasting cheese and beautiful cup n char pepperoni, and these guys do a well done pizza perfectly! The wings were very good tasting (I got hot and bbq.) The BBQ was a nice smoky brown BBQ, and wasnt as sweet as some of the red BBQ sauces that buffalo places use. The hot wings were your standard hot sauce, but they also had a 3x Hot variety, which I will be trying next time. All in all, very pleased with this place, and cannot wait to order again.
