Bullriders BBQ & Mac — Restaurant in Town of Evans

The man up front was polite who took our order. Food wise- I had the buffalo Mac and cheese. It tasted like noodles,hot sauce and shredded chicken. I would of like to have the cheddar taste for the Mac and cheese. I also ordered the brisket Philly sandwich, meat was good but I didn't like that it was on sliced bread. It instantly fell apart when I lifted it to take a bite. I'd suggest a hard roll instead of sliced bread. Recipes just need to be tweaked a little bit....

I am lucky enough that this truck comes to my campground often. Yesterday we had the ribs, they were falling off the bone. The homemade BBQ sauce is wonderful and the sides were really good.
