The Mac was just OK. Missing something but not sure what. The bullriders chicken sandwich was dry I couldn’t eat it. Now the person I gave it too liked it and did not find it dry. I would say if you prefer dark meat to stay away this will be too dry for you.

The man up front was polite who took our order. Food wise- I had the buffalo Mac and cheese. It tasted like noodles,hot sauce and shredded chicken. I would of like to have the cheddar taste for the Mac and cheese. I also ordered the brisket Philly sandwich, meat was good but I didn't like that it was on sliced bread. It instantly fell apart when I lifted it to take a bite. I'd suggest a hard roll instead of sliced bread. Recipes just need to be tweaked a little bit....

I am lucky enough that this truck comes to my campground often. Yesterday we had the ribs, they were falling off the bone. The homemade BBQ sauce is wonderful and the sides were really good. But the beans, omg their cowboy beans stole the sides category. If given the opportunity I would recommend having a meal. They were reasonably priced and...

We had a semi big event catered by Bullriders BBQ & Mac. Food was on time and delicious. Everyone complimented the food and it definitely made the night. I also would like to mention food had an hr to travel to us and it was still hot and delicious upon arrival! 5 stars and we would order...
