On August 13, 2017 I called at 0800 to have 2 ,12 cup boxes ready for 0945. I arrived at 0950 to find the order had not been processed. The woman at the counter asked one of the employees behind her if anyone had filled the order and her response was "ah we have been a little busy". This is where I said never mind and walked out the door. We then went to the store on Lake and Abbott at 1000, I requested it be ready for 1100. Upon arriving at 1055 they were just pouring the last two pots in the second box ready at EXACTLY 11:00 .. they were also "busy". But completed the order on time. Oh and the coffee was for my Dads memorial service. So the young ladies comment was even more inappropriate. If I could post this with no...

Every weekend we order a 1/2 dozen donuts assorted and ask for a cinnamon roll in the assorted. We have never had any issues when we do this. This time how ever the cashier said "the cinnamon rolls and the donuts are the same price now but the cinnamon rolls are not included." We explained how we have ordered this exact order multiple times before and she then explained how the other cashiers were wrong and she doesn't do that. So we leave and go to another time hortons and order the same thing. Guess what, we have no problems and they say "sure the cinnamon rolls are included in the assorted now!" Plus we asked for 2 cinnamon rolls and they gave us 3. All of this over cinnamon rolls....
