Not a very clean place I would not want to take my friends from out of town there to impress them. This place needs a full makeover as well as a little Lysol maybe that might help with the smells in...

The Jovial Bar ll is a corner bar. You go in, have a drink or two, say hello to your friends and that's about it. I like it, but if I wasn't a local I would not...
