Panda Express — Restaurant in Town of Evans

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen… I ordered a bigger plate with rice, noodles, orange chicken. They ran out of orange chicken as I was in line and had to wait for them to make more (which is not a problem at all) I stood off to the side and waited and when they brought the food back over to us it was someone else’s food. We let the teenage girl at the register know our order was mixed up and she didn’t even attempt to apologize or reassure us that it would be fixed. She just looked at us with a straight face and very quietly said “what did you get” with an attitude, and then walked away and said nothing after I told her my order. I understand mix ups and accidents happen however, this is no reason to be treated the way we were. When she brought us back our actual order the chicken that we waiting too long for wasn’t filled all the way, there were like 4 pieces. I am not trying to be a nag I just wanted to say this customer service needs to be addressed. I shouldn’t walk away unhappy with food I spent too...

While my encounter with the 3 female employees was great, the 2 male employees made it uncomfortable. I was cashing out with one of the female employees who was so sweet, while your 2 male employees just stood there staring at me the WHOLE time while I was cashing out! It was not a pleasant experience. I felt very uncomfortable with them just staring at me! Not like it was a quick look, no it was a full on staring! Not something I would ever want to experience again! Nor was it a pleasant experience when I ate my food. Got food poisoning! Never again! I’ll never be back! My experience with them was more unpleasant...

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this location is extremely poor from every angle. Whoever is managing this franchise seriously needs to reevaluate how it’s being run.

As a truck driver, I’ve been to Panda Express locations across most of the U.S., and this is by far the worst. The portion sizes are shockingly small compared to other locations nationwide. On top of that, the food quality and taste are both very disappointing — stale, bland, and clearly not fresh.

It’s a shame, because I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this specific location fails on...
