Enjoyed the sampling of fried pickles and four different wings. Bloody Mary, Skippy, Blackberry jalapeño, and Boot scoot in’ bourbon. The fried pickles were delicious! They are spears and not chips which I loved! Crispy lightly seasoned batter. The wings were cooked perfectly to my liking. A little crunch to the skin, and moist and tender inside. The Bloody Mary wings had a light sweet tomato sauce with horseradish. Skippy (named after the original owner) Were mild sauced and then charbroiled with a little sweetness flavor. Blackberry jalapeño were sweet blackberry sauced with finely diced jalapeño sprinkled on top. Boot scootin’ BBQ were a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce with finely diced onion in the sauce. Forget about those other joints that sell pigeon wings and use bottled premade sauces; the flavors here are homemade, handcrafted delicious blends most of which you'll only find here! I ordered the Caribbean Mojo and it was soooooooooooo good! If possible, try going on a Monday when they offer specials for wings and you can sample multiple flavors (and can you believe they have peanut butter and jelly!!!) Paulette, the owner is very nice. The bartender Shannon is super sweet and attentive and great at what she does. I love the laid back atmosphere and the group of people that were there last night. It was my first time there and I went for a pool tournament my friend invited me to. I can't wait to go back. It was a great time. Great prices too. It is cash only though, so be prepared!.
