I purchased prairie fresh ribs here last year just before they closed for the season. I opened them when I got home and they smelled very strong like fish. Prairie fresh sent me a manufacturer coupon for this. I went today and handed the cashier the coupon and she said we don’t take coupons, I’m just a worker, you will have to go to the back and talk to Tony in a rude condescending tone. I asked for Tony in the back. A worker went in the back, then came out and said Tony said he’s busy. Minimal selection of fruits & vegetables which didn’t appear to be locally grown plus various condiments and paper supplies if needed. I have bought many subs from Lakeside over the last 25 years. They were the best because the sliced the lunch meat while making their sandwiches. The meat was sliced very thin, plentiful ,and tasted super fresh. Went back last week for my smoked combo fix and found out all good things must come to an end:( They decided to pre slice the lunchmeat and slice it much thicker for some reason. The taste and amount of meat was not close to the original owners version. My advice is "don't mess with...
