First off, lines are very long and service is extremely slow!! When I finally got to the front line, the server was so distracted that I had to repeat what I wanted 4 times. When done, I checked my receipt, and was surprised to see a 18$ charge for 2 little chocolate chip cookies. I went back to register and asked them how much each cookie is, he says 1$ a pc and when I take out my receipt to show him, even before I got a chance to say that I was charged 18$, he says 'oh sorry, I charged u wrong'. I thought it was odd, and when I was repeating this to a family member she goes 'Omg, I had the same story there and a friend told me they do it randomly and hope the cistomer won't check their receipt.

So overrated the food isn't that great it's a mad hangout, the lines are long, and you cant eat normally at a table because there are people in line constantly bumping into you, the staff that work behind the counter don't follow the line they look for a girl that they can flirt with and let her cut the whole line while there are people waiting for over 20 minutes and then they leave thier job behind the counter and go sit down next to the girl and flirt with her while ppl are waiting to place a order and they also make up prices based on how they rate your personal appearance its completely disgusting to watch how they act the owner is a good guy I'm not sure why he hires these people...
