My husband and I were very excited to dine here since we love supporting local restaurants. Unfortunately, we were left extremely disappointed. We were never checked on by staff, the service was extremely slow (even though there was only 5 other couples dining in the restaurant) and on multiple occasions we saw staff standing around doing nothing. My husband and I were unsure if we even had a waiter because the only times we were approached by staff was to take our food and drink orders and it was someone new every time. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were not sizzling and when took a bite and it was so hot, to the point it was clearly microwaved. My husband ordered the ground beef tacos and they were almost inedible and made him feel ill afterwards. After this my husband and I got the bill and it was around $60!! Don’t even get us started on the chips and salsa… We would have much rather got a bag of chips and store bought salsa and it would have been 1000% better. Do not waste your money coming here.
UPDATE: Both my husband and I both have gotten ill after eating here and have food poisoning. DO NOT GO HERE
UPDATE: I went here a couple months ago thinking it was a new restaurant. I ordered food for my staff and when I went to pick up our food there was no hostess and no one at the bar. When I was finally greeted and brought my order the woman (she was extremely friendly) let me know they forgot to put one of the orders on my bill, but it is no problem for them, and they will not charge us for that dish. She was so friendly about it I almost insisted for her to please put it on my bill. When I got back to work I was so glad I didn’t say that because it was the wrong dish that we ordered. To top it off there was a long black hair on the chicken tacos one of the girls ordered. We were so grossed out that we tossed the food and didn’t eat it. DO NOT GO HERE it is clearly under the same ownership but they keep changing the name of...
Read moreI am not one to give bad reviews - if I could leave no stars, I would. I went with my family last night and we had a horrible experience. Our waiter walked off the job (?) it seemed. We arrived around 5pm. No one came to take our order until 6:20pm. Our food came out at 7:28pm and it was cold, rubbery, AWFUL. No one came and asked us was everything ok, nothing. I finally walked around looking for someone (anyone) to help. They were most UNHELPFUL. We didn’t eat our food. They didn’t offer to fix the situation nor did they care in the slightest. I asked for the bill and much to my surprise, the cold rubbery food was on the bill-over $90. Not acceptable! We were very patient. We wanted to enjoy a nice dinner as a family and instead we were treated like we didn’t matter. Once again, not acceptable. No offer to fix the situation or at least take it off of our bill! Interestingly enough, we saw 2 tables get up and leave after being ignored. We should have followed them! I love supporting local businesses but I will never eat here again. Can’t see them lasting long if they treat customers like this.
PS: the “good” reviews appear to be from...
Read moreTheir menu does not list everything that comes in the dish. Before we ordered we let our bartender know about my girlfiend’s onion allergy. My girlfriend ordered the Green-Go Burrito with no pico-de-gallo because she has an onion allergy. The chefs went ahead and added guacamole - the item that wasn’t listed - but by the time we discovered the onions, she was already halfway through eating the burrito. We also ordered the Mangonada Margarita which lists three ingredients. When we asked the bartender what was in it, there were two additional ingredients - Clamato and Valentina Sauce - both of which not listed on the menu. Finally, I ordered the chimichanga specifically because there were no onions listed on the menu so my girlfriend could try it. Well, even that was served with pico-de-gallo and guacamole, both of which weren’t on the menu. Never going back here and I suggest you don’t either unless you like surprise...
