Extreme disappointment on your service.! Monday night wings, we expected you to be busy. After watching several groups of men at the bar get there wings, who arrived at the same time or after us, the bar Maid mentioned our wings would be up soon. 15 -20 minutes later after the groups of men received their 3rd /4th servings of wings we still have no wings.! Mind you it has been 45 minutes from walking in the door. I then mention I was getting hungry. Thinking we would get wings, no wings..... instead we were told our ticket was lost. Well hell that happens, right?, so we get our wings in about 5 minutes or so later. No sorry from the bar maid or I will comp you a drink ...nothing . We eat our wings the bar maid asks if we want a box we state yes, along with or bill and wait. Still waiting to get our box for the wings, she asked another group of MEN if they wanted a box for their wings ...did you forget us we asked? .... ding ....ding ....ding .... remembering we had asked for our bill and a box, we now get the bill and box.... mean while we don't have any small bills for her 8 dollar tip....for a $22 dollar meal ( hence 2 $20's) so we needed change.. The bar maid spies 2 groups of men coming in for wings.. they are immediately served. Us forgotten, go figure... tip now $5 dollars... 8-10 minutes later I loudly asked if we could get rung out.. tip now $4 she goes to look for the bill she had already given us !!!!... it was laying in front of us (the second ticket mind you) with the fourty dollars on it ... and magically she found our lost ticket the first one and we now have 2 bills. We paid for our meal with just the one ticket ( oh a female patron, who must have been friends, told the bar maid we already had our bill, spoiler!!!..) we won't be back for some time and this review will be post in other places ... not happy at all.. guess if your not a regular customer or a group of men then your not going to get decent service at the bar.... ! Just a heads up . Food doesn't make up for spacey one sided gender service. Time frame 6:10 pm ~...
Read moreWeâve been here 3 times. The 1st took 2 hours to get a pizza, but it was good. The 2nd went fairly fast and pizza was good. Today was a nightmare!! We got there about 1pm, the place was busy, but not bad. We ordered drinks and ordered sandwiches by 1:15. 2 nd drinks about 1:45. By 2:15 after seeing 3 other groups that came in after us get served, I inquired with the bartender/ waitress if our food order was lost. She replied snotty, well itâs only been an hour. She checked with the cooks and said itâs on the drill and will be up shortly. We watched as another 6 groups of people, were served that came in after us. One a group of 8, one was a guy next to us, and finally a couple on the other side of us. Each seemed to be served in about 20 minutes. We had asked another w bartender, but she said just a little wait, and finally a 3rd who finally brought ours after the couple next to us. It took 2 1/2 hours which cooked in less than 10 min. When we ask for the bill bartender 3 asked who seemed to be the senior waitress, a woman who had beef waiting table outside and obviously got priority on her food orders. She was then taking over a large Bday party. She must have said No discount, because BT3 gave us the full bill. No apologies from any of the staff. We paid the bill, even left BT3 a tip. It wasnât her fault. Iâve been a cook/ Chef/ waiter for 20 year before my current business of 25 years. I NEVER TREATED Customers this way. Finally after leaving we barely made it to Hwy 33 before I started with intestinal cramping I suffered the 35 miles home, spent the rest of the afternoon in the bathroom. Experience tells me bad mayonnaise!! We had frozen food in our car, and other groceries. We had plans for the rest of the day ruined by time, illness, and carelessness. Extremely disappointed and really doubt weâll be back. Too bad, my wife really...
Read moreWe planned on riding out that way, stopped to eat and get a drink. Unfortunately the aftermath was terrible. Initially overall would be rated 4-5 star however we ordered something specific for allergy reasons, mind you we ride all over and have eaten at small hometown with no allergy specific menus to high end with specific menus set for allergies and never once has this happened. Food seemed great, service good, leave and about an hour later my husband is throwing up, terrible stomach pains, we get home and I call. At first I was told they only have a personal size for gluten free then I talked to a manager I believe and she was apologetic and insisted on having the owner call because she felt it could be a learning experience to the staff. I received that call shortly after and she seemed nice enough but backhandedly. She was being apologetic that he was sick, but so stubbornly insistent that it was not from them using a normal pizza crust and that they do offer a larger size for GF, said the first employee was wrong in that aspect. It was irrational how she could not even think of potential human error. I pondered on leaving this review but the way it was blown off and almost seemed to be a nuisance to have to acknowledge that there was something that went wrong with service just irrational especially if you are offering items for specific intolerance/ allergy issues. Again our service was good and the food was good until it wasn't but to simply be stuck in a box and refusing to see a possible mistake is wrong especially when it come from who runs the business. My husband was sick for slightly over a week which doesn't happen from cross contamination as it is such a sparse amount as well as he would not have been violently vomiting among other things, which comes back to the issue of a gluten full pizza being served instead of a...
