Last Friday on my way home from I stopped by to pick up an order for my wife and I, well I paid and was given a number so I pulled forward. The car behind me made his order and he only pulled up by the door where the employees step out to bring the orders to the customers, then a employee came out went straight to the car behind and gave him an order and he pulled away, then another employee came out walked to my car looked at number on my window and looked at the bag's receipt number and turned around and went back into the restaurant minutes later another employee came out and if I had ordered chicken tenders and I answered him no I ordered 2 burgers onion rings and cheese curds. So he turned around and went back into the restaurant, now as the time passes a number of other cars were going through the drive through. After about 10 to 15 minutes a assistant manager I believe came out and asked if I had ordered chicken tenders and I replied no and told her what my order was she returned to the restaurant and within and few minutes returned to tell me that my order was given to another customer and they were remaking my prder and that it would be a few more minutes to come out. She then offered me 2 coupons for a later visit, I was upset and declined the coupons because of the employee's incompetence of double checking the orders. I asked who was the manager and the gal replied that Scott was the owner and a Tiffany the district manager. I was going to call the store but you know I just don't want have someone say that they will send me coupons. How about training the...
Read moreAside from being the largest Culver's in the world. This place is special. The staff exhibits a next level commitment to customer service that is worthy of praise. 3 years ago... my brother in law from Australia inadvertently left a very expensive shoe in the bathroom (he was changing from work garb, into fishing trip clothing, during our stop en route to northern Wisconsin to go Musky fishing).
It wasn't for several weeks that he realized the shoe was missing.
And then many months passed with calls to the AirBnB owners, and to others on the trip, to see about the shoe. Then the shoe was officially deemed "missing in action: with no good explanation as to where it might be. Many more months passed... Then randomly one of us wondered if the shoe might have been left at Culver's during the stop. At this point 6-8 months had passed....
A call was put in, and the manager immediately said, "we've been waiting for this call."
Wow. There are more details that would explain (that you will need to inquire about in person at the Culver's) but what is remarkable is that the staff kept the shoe (I think it may have even ended up in the safe) and then mailed the shoe back at no cost. It would have been very easy to have tossed the shoe, and not given it a second thought. Awesomeness!
Stop in and ask Erin or others about the "legend of the shoe" for the rest of the story...

I use to work here and at first I really enjoyed working here. But as time went on the mangers started to treat me poorly while disregarding and disrespecting me. Everday I worked started to become the work part of my day. I was always expected to take other shifts but nobody else would take mine when it was an emergency. I finally ended up putting my two weeks in because I was tired of being under appreciated. About a week into that I ended up getting a sports injury and was told I couldn't work until I was better. Manger told me I either had to find someone to cover all my shifts or I had to show up. Let me remind you I'm a minor. I wasn't even suppose to he driving, yet they wanted me to work. My dad ended up calling them and saying im not coming in again. I've never had an apology for the way I've been treated nor has anything been done. I don't want this manger to be fired but the way she treated me, other staff member and my father is unacceptable and should be dealt with accordingly. Not to mention that this adult continued to talk poorly on my name months after I left. I dont understand how such a rude and non sympathetic person has such a powerful postion. Other then how poorly they treat their staff, their food is okay but expensive. Personally I was never a fan of culvers food so I probably wouldn't have gone here if I...
