I've "ordered" from this place 3 times and 2 of those three times have been a disgrace of customer service. First time I placed a grubhub order 2 and a half hours before they closed and not only did they take the money out (which was redeposited into my account a day later) they didn't even make the pizza, the order got cancelled by them. 2 and a half hours before close for a large pepperoni pizza with a dozen wings, are you joking? 2nd time everything went through fine pizza and wings got delivered pretty quick and tasted great. Yesterday was the 3rd and last time that place is getting my business. I wanted to order a sheet pizza for a party I was having and called at 5 which is 4 hours before close. I got put on a 6 minute hold and then disconnected, then got put on a 8 minute hold and just hung up. Called Mark's, someone picked up immediately and within 1 and a half minutes I had my order made and delivered within 45 minutes. If you guys didn't want a 65 dollar order then you could've been more up front about it and picked up the phone and said "we don't want your business". All in all, it's a shame because the 1 time I actually managed to get your food it was fantastic, but your service is so below sub-par it ruined the experience for me and just made you guys lose a customer. Read moreMy family has ordered the large pizza special every Tuesday for three years! For the first time in 3 years last week we got a burnt pizza. My kids were starving and so we made quick dinners at home instead of driving back to return and wait for a new pizza, but I did call and ask what could be done. They told me I'd get a discount on our next order. This week we didn't get the discount, because the pizza special on Tuesdays is already a discount. I don't want to order anything else full price just to get a discount, I wanted my burnt pizza acknowledged. I told them that. Instead of recognizing our weekly loyalty for 3 years and offering to waive the price, or add on anything for free that would make us happy, they offered 25% off of whatever full price thing I wanted to buy. I never want to buy more things and tell myself I'm saving money. So I'm super bummed, but will be taking our weekly business elsewhere from here. This one experience was bad, but in all the years we've gone there, it's been great, which is why it'd be dishonest to leave 1 star. Read moreI'm writing this review while sitting at the bench in the dinning room. 2 employees walked passed me and never even asked can I help you. I timed it actually just to see how long it would take. 13 minutes.. I have a suggestion to correct this problem tho. They need to put a live camera in the dinning room with a feed that goes to a monitor in the back to show if anyone is walking in. This would correct this issue that I had and it seems to be that others have had in the last couple of weeks. I do want to add that the gentleman at the front did give me a discount on the drink. I do appreciate that and I know that they weren't doing this and making me wait on purpose. They just can't hear and or also see whoever walks into the dining room.
