I ordered a small pizza, Ham & Pineapple, fried mushrooms & potato skins.
The pizza had an unusual fragrant of an overly sweet perfume. I could barely get past a couple of bites before I could no longer eat it. The mushrooms, for the price is not worth it. Obvious frozen breaded mushrooms, one would think the value for your bucks would equate...not so here. Loaded potato skins, you'd be better off purchasing Frozen TGIF's skins and baking them yourself than what I received. TGIF's frozen skins are cheaper than these skins and the tastes are equivalent. $6.49 per guida's verses $3 something for TGIF's.... Buy the frozen kind. Not what it used to be. I will search around for a decent pizza elsewhere because I sure couldn't find it here.
So I gave Guida's another try. 5/29/15 I believe in second chances. WRONG. Just got the fish fry and nearly lost what I ate. The fishy aftertaste took over a day to get rid of. The coleslaw??? Not sure what seasoning they use but I tried hard to even determine that there was cabbage involved. I visually saw cabbage but that taste was nothing I've ever experienced.
This place has gone down hill very fast. I used to love the pizza, potato skins and more...now, you couldn't pay me to get anything here. It's now listed as the last place on earth I would ever go to. Save your money and get frozen food...it'll be a step up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo, the first time we ordered a pizza from here, it was the best pizza I'd had in ages. The crust was amazing, the cheese was perfect, the sauce wasn't too sweet or tart, wonderful! A week later, we ordered a pizza with the special Sicilian crust and things...didn't go so well. Employees were a bit rude, the pizza was either made with the wrong toppings or wasn't even ours, no pizza that day. It's been almost a month, I think, since we ordered from there last. We were careful to order the regular crust(I would really like to try the special crust but the way the guy on the phone acted when we put in that order...that's one way to make sure no one orders the thing you don't want people to order, I guess) and checked the pizza when we went there(which the employees were tiffed about but the last pizza they tried to give us had anchovies on it! Nooooo I will risk your ire rather than go home with anchovies). THAT pizza was fine. Solid 4 I think. So, we've got a 5, a 0, and a 4 which averages out to...3. So we're sticking with the 3 but hey, at least that's better than the previous real score of 2.5. And, again, thank you for sticking to your guns about customers...

We are so glad that we did-- the food was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this place. It is a clean and tidy pizza shop, the owner is very friendly and it is evident that he loves what he does. He knew customers by name as they walked in. My husband and I watched as several customers' orders were created. They were done with great care. Marcin (the owner) takes pride in making great food and it is obvious when you eat there. Every pizza pie is personally made by him and they all looked so yummy. Our pie was cooked perfectly and it was, hands down, the best pizza crust EVER. The garlic parm wings were out of this world. First of all, they were huge, they were nice and hot with perfectly crispy skin, yet they were tender inside. (not dried out and gross) We will absolutely eat here again-- the food was great, the service was stellar, and the place was clean....
