Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Gates

Recently, I took my senior mother out for a coffee here prior to a doctor visit and ordered two iced coffees for the drive there. I received them, and they were basically just milk, I did ask for extra cream in both, but I also wanted some coffee in them. Anyway, I went inside the store to explain the problem, and the young gentleman at the counter informed us that that's what we ordered when I asked for a replacement. Honestly, we've been coming in here for 20+ years, routinely on the way to appointments and this is the worst we've ever been treated. He and the manager who talked it over, whether to redo them or not, were very rude and after he finally agreed to make new ones with new coffee he made a sparky remark on 5he way out when we thanked them for fixing the issue. My mother thanked him and he said "yeah, whatever" and I replied, "you're response should have been 'we apologize, thank you for choosing TH and have a nice day!' Am I wrong? The manager is just as bad.....she mentioned to my mother that at least you got the senior discount. I was blown away! Also, the whole shop was filthy, flies everywhere and smelled 'not fresh'! Flies on the bagels!! Buffalo Road and...

A 'great place' to have 'coffee & donuts' with 'family, friends or by yourself'...! The 'staff' is exceptionally welcoming, and '99 times out of 100' always remembers your '1st name' (...even when you come into the 'restaurant-cafe' wearing a 'covid-face mask'...).

And best of all...you can remain 'as long as you want (...after you 'have ordered & paid' for your food...) without wearing the 'covid-face mask. For example...I remained in the 'establishment' on 25 January 2022 for 'approximately' four to five hours while waiting for the 'brakes' on my '2007 Ford Focus' to be serviced at DAN McDONALD AUTOMOTIVE Inc. SERVICE CENTER (...also located at 'the corner' of Howard Road at 1485 Buffalo Road in Gates, New York...).

(...I might 'also mention' that 'police officers' from the NEW YORK STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT and the local GATES NEW YORK 🚔 POLICE DEPARTMENT also frequently come into this 'TIM HORTONS establishment'...so...I always 'feel safer' when I go there...!...).

Used to come here quite often but won't anymore. I order a mocha every time and I always take a first sip before leaving. I tasted it and said it was not correct, handed it back and asked them to remake it. Then after 30 seconds a rude associate came up and asked what was wrong with it. I said it tasted more like a regular coffee then the mocha I ordered. She then said she personally made and explained how she put two scoops of chocolate and coffee. I didn't even argue about the fact that it's made with half hot chocolate half coffee and 2 pumps of chocolate. I just said "okay it fine." Then proceeded to hand me the same coffee that I had a sip of and handed back. As everyone knows is against health...
