Absolutely terrible experience every time -- yet I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and today was the last day! The employees - including the "manager" Tammy are rude, incompetent, and unapologetic. The wrong orders were received, after explained 3 times. I asked for my bagel to be toasted in the panini grill - and was charged for a grilled cheese. When I got home the breakfast sandwich was missing the bacon. The coffee did not have the correct lid, so it spilled all over (after i explained that black coffee means nothing in it). The donuts were thrown in a bag together, upside down and smooshed. I called to explain and was told to come back for new food and refund...nope, get new food and pay for it again. Nope, I will drive out of my way for better franchises.
Plus, the food station had dirty dishes on it and the coffee was not fresh as advertised. All the staff there were incompetent. I started in the drive through and was asked to come in to order, and had to wait 10 minutes to order and then another 10 for the food before getting home and having to waste more time on the...
Read moreIt's difficult to review this place fairly. On one hand we're talking about Tim Hortons food which is fantastic so I would definitely give this a better review if it was just based on that. But it's not. My reason for the mediocre review is purely for the details that are continuously overlooked at this particular location. I confess I go here almost every day and my order is always the same, a wild berry smoothie with whipped topping, which they charge extra for, and a blueberry muffin warmed up. 5 out of 7 days a week I received my wild berry smoothie with no whipped topping and my blueberry muffin is stone cold. This place is very busy at times so I understand overlooking some of those details now and then but not every day. I keep hoping that eventually they will get my order correct...for the entire week. Read moreNot for nothing but i been going here for 4 years since I've lived in gates and you guys continuously either mess up my order or have poor customer service, i was just in trying to take an order over the phone and the lady who took my order began to become very frustrated and rude to me and then when i had got home noticed I had a Boston cream and a vanilla dipped doughnut with sprinkles in the same bag, like is it that hard to use common sense or another bag for you guys? Also you can never get my coffee straight what i order is on the menu if you can't make it right take it off.
