Bianchi's Catering & Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Geddes

The lady who we made our order to over the phone was EXTREMELY rude. We ordered a pizza and then realized we wanted to pay for it with a card over the phone so we could use our cash as a tip for the delivery driver. So my husband calls to pay over the phone and the lady says the driver is already out on the delivery. We ask why we cantc just pay it over the phone now and she can call and let the driver know. She tells my husband to settle it up with the driver and hangs up on my husband. The driver arrives and my husband explains to him what happened. He takesy husband's card and goes back to the pizza place and pays for the order and brings us back a 2 litre of ginger ale for our sick kid. That man is the only reason this gets any stars. He told us the lady on the phone is the owner and is really old and has a bad leg or something. I don't care. My husband is a store manager with two crushed discs in his back and he would never treat someone this way. Will never go back. Pizza wasn't very...

We ordered food for catering for 90 people for January 18th. Prime rib, chicken Parmesan, and chicken Marsala. Antipasto salad, risotto, baked ziti, along with rolls and butter. Also, for an appetizer there was pepperoni, cheese and cracker tray, artichoke dip with homemade chips. Sam added monster shrimp in a nice sauce. I'm sure I am forgetting some of the food we received. The food was AWESOME to say the least! Delivery was right on time and the food was hot. We have ordered form Bianchi's multiple times and the food they serve never disappoints!! If you are looking for catered food or just something for dinner, give them a call. Thank you, Sam and your crew, once again you knocked it out of the park!!!

Great people making great food. Sheet pizzas are awesome! Breakfast pizzas are the best! Lasagna...

Used to eat there all the time when u worked in solvay 20 yeara ago so decided to try it out as i needed a break from the same 3 places in camillus. Ordered my pizza at 4:10 was told and hour to an 1hr 20 (which seemed excessive for a Wednesday but whatever). It's 5:46... still no pizza. When I called to find out was put on hold for 10 mins. Hung up and called back and am told the delivery driver just got back they'll send it out soon... it was late 15 min ago. Arrived at room temp, tastes like it wasnt cooked all the way (figured out it wasn't doughy it was soggy from sitting in its own grease until it got cold) ..and generally not good. Don't know if I'll be back.
