In Cahoots & Co — Restaurant in Town of Genesee

Arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday. Pretty much empty inside. We watched two groups get their food who arrived after our table of six. It took an hour and twenty five minutes to be served. Our meals were brought out randomly after waiting the first hour so people at our table had eaten and finished prior to others getting theirs. I was the last to recieve my meal. A western burger. It was completely raw throughout. I could not believe it. At that point i said i had had enough and left without even eating. Two hours for six meals. To top it all off one of the people we took got sick after and let their food go out the window on the ride home. I still cannot believe our experience. Extremely disappointing. Sit down tables, but you do need to go up to bar to order food and drinks. Food was typical bar food. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either. They do have some special nights with wings, etc... where it can be a little busier at times. I'm not real picky, but I guess my biggest issue I find is that the bartenders always seem to focus on the regulars at the bar and it almost makes me feel like I am inconveniencing them by placing food and drink orders. Well, we were traveling and hungry. We stopped in to get a bite to eat because most places like this are very welcoming. Nope, not this place. I understand that on the weekdays, you have to order up front, and that was fine, but my husband stood there while 3 bartender/waitresses kept walking past multiple times and acted like they didn't see him.
