Sideliners Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Town of Genesee

Not one to leave reviews. This place is a great place with amazing food but over the years have seen its faults. We’ve been coming for a long time since before the location moved.

We’ve been waited on by the same gal for the last month, she’s newer, and we received the best service with her in years. We like to sit in her section if she is working. One thing that did bother us was hearing other coworkers talk poorly about her and others around customers. Our waitress heard and you could tell she was hurt by the whole situation, she still provided great service to us and handled herself very well. My wife and I noticed this over the past couple months with the staff being extremely unprofessional to each other. I hope the one gal that has provided our service will stay and others who have also as we love coming to Sideliners for the food and seeing our favorite servers.

Hoping the management can get the staff to be more mindful to each other. It’s very disheartening to see this in a work space. It is very apparent who has more pull when working and we feel as customers every employee should be treated the same. We will be returning like usual and hope to see our favorite staff...

We decided to try the Sideliners as they recently located to a new larger location, all I can say is "more room to provide substandard food and drink. Now this review is based on take-out so maybe in person will be better. We placed our order on line hoping to go down and have a couple of drinks at the bar before our take-out was ready, we'll they sent us to there overflow bar "The Hot Corner" to wait as the main bar was full. As much as I wanted to enjoy a second drink, the bar service was slow and selective. When the food was ready we pi ked up our food and headed home. The 3 piece fish stick dinner was less than plentiful, and the handful of cold tots did not make up for the small portion tarter sauce was not included either. The 3/4 cup of clam chowder lacked flavor. They forgot to give us our order of mozzarella rolls so I can't say how they tasted. The 2 orders of wings had good flavor however they were only warm after out 5 minute ride home. If the goal in expanding was to be equal there sister offering the Eagle Springs Pub, they have succeeded. Knuckleheads over in Eagle runs circles around this place as they truly need to...

I am disappointed that Sideliners is not enforcing the mask mandate. During the quarantine when the restaurant only had takeout, we ordered from Sideliners several times. We like their food and wanted to support our neighborhood restaurant. About 5 weeks ago we ordered on line again. I went to their parking lot and called to say I was there to get my order. I was told they would not bring my food out. When I went in, the restaurant was very full with customers. All the tables were filled. No social distancing and no one was wearing a mask. Today I was in their parking lot again going to the store next to Sideliners. I noticed many people going into the restaurant not wearing masks and there were no visible signs on their doors or windows asking people to wear masks.
