This was a great place to grab lunch right along the shore of beautiful Lake Como. Their lunch menu was pretty extensive, offering a great variety. I decided on the patty melt (with Swiss cheese and grilled onions), which I ordered medium, and it was done to perfection. This came with homemade potato chips or they offered sides of either fries, regular waffle fries or sweet potato fries for a bit extra. First time at DJs for Friday fish. We were excited. I ordered a three piece, 2 baked and one fried fish. Hubby had the fried for all three pieces. The baked had NOooo flavor. It was very bland. It only tasted slightly ok when dipped in butter. Put some seasoning folks. I had hush puppies and they were decent. Coleslaw is way too watery. The pieces of fish, the fried are very small. I feel so grateful to live so close to such a wonderful establishment. I honestly have Never had a bad experience there. 10/10 fish fry, southwestern egg rolls, wing Wednesday...Best coleslaw and potato pancakes around! (Delicious breakfast burrito on Sunday too!) It has a very cozy atmosphere, and slot machines too! A huge thank you to Hannah and the staff for serving my friends, family and myself over the years!
