Collin's Coffees - Coffeehouse Hwy 58 — Restaurant in Town of Germantown

I have to give a super positive review of this place because it rules! The coffee is sourced fairly from Guatemala, roasted in house, and extremely tasty. It’s the best quality coffee shop you’ll find for many miles. They even have alternative milks for the lactose intolerant or vegan people out there. The bagged coffee is an extremely fair price for the quality too.

As far the environment goes, the inside has some cute knickknacks and the outside space has a little patio deck with tables and chairs, as well as a picnic table on the grass below.

The staff are also always super friendly and courteous. Their breakfast wraps made by the cafe chef are delicious, and the bakery is on point. Expect scones and fluffy apple turnovers.

It’s a breath of fresh air in Necedah/New Lisbon area. Appealing stop to those between the ages of 18 and 35 but welcomes everyone of all ages for a great drink!! Everyone should be like Collin’s. And by that I mean...

Coffee was delicious! I ended up trying a bunch of different kinds because they made us hot and cold ones of basically everything we ordered; not on purpose. I got a Bacon Avocado Breakfast Wrap, which was alright. So, we got the wrong orders, and they even forgot one of our wraps. When we finally said something, they didn't have enough ingredients to make what we ordered. That was a little disappointing seeing as we were there plenty early enough for them not to have run out of ingredients.

Cute little coffee shop on 58. Came for a quick breakfast after staying at Buckhorn state park. The burritos were delicious and hot. Lots of meat and it was delicious. I got an iced London fog latte, while my husband got one of the special lattes. I’m not a coffee person, but the coffee here was so good. If I had coffee on the regular I might convert to a coffee drinker instead. The staff were very nice and recommended the Santa Fe burrito which was phenomenal.
