I typically love to boast about good food and service but, this place has went to the dogs. Pretty, sad about it because I used to love going there for it. There chicken, wings and crab Rangoon . Where do I start? The person picking up the phone doesn’t understand English, therefore, she cannot get my order right. I kept repeating, and she kept trying to figure out what I wanted to order and then I lost her because she handed, her son 12 years old, possibly the phone. That was better. After stressing out, trying to get my order in, she said 20 minutes and I got there and it was another 20 minutes so therefore, from the time that I placed the order to the time that I received it, it was 40 minutes! Then, I get my food and picture will follow. This is what I was served. When I got home, I could not believe it. I called and showed up to say, please change your oil? This is unacceptable and she gave me an order for free. . When I got home, I could not believe it. I called and showed up to say, please change your oil? This is unacceptable and she gave me a order for free and believe it or not. It’s still look the same. So I stopped going for a long time recently. I went back, hoping things were different , because, I’d rather not travel out of town, just for my chicken wings and low and behold Picture follows, and it doesn’t lie. Done ✔️ As, far as dining in, that’s almost impossible, every table is their children’s play table. Very sad to see it. Go down like that. Are used to love...

Orders must be placed by phone (we called from the 1 table offered on their sidewalk) waited the 15 minutes to walk in through the plastic maze, to the doorbell to alert them we were inside- where a plexiglass door opened - we payed and received our food...downright comical! All that said- I can only speak for myself regarding the food (we were a group of 5) my pan fried dumplings were probably the worst I have ever had. The dough was super thick, the meat filling had a strange color and taste and the dipping sauce was flavorless except for the mild spice from a few chili flakes (normally not spicy!) I also ordered a pork egg roll- and while not the worst- certainly had lots of room for improvement...I did notice that no one else ate much of their meals...
Read moreLast night we got dinner from Chatham Chinese, and I have to share our disappointment. The ribs were tough, the hot and sour soup was the absolute WORST I’ve ever had (way too many huge cubes of tofu, bland broth), and the chicken and broccoli was made palatable only with the addition of soy sauce and cayenne pepper…the only saving grace was the pork lo mein, which was tasty…next time we will put in the extra time and miles to go to Asian Cafe, which is never...
