I was at the location in Fultonville, New York for breakfast. I had a deal that included a small coffee. I simply asked if I could substitute for a soda. She said they would charge me $.60 for a soda. I said I did not want to buy a soda for $.60 And then I asked the manager why couldn’t they swap it out and she got very short and rude with me and it escalated from there she was very nasty. Her name is Jessica. She is very unprofessional. I took a picture of one of the employees dropping cheese on the floor and Kicking a tray of buns that were sitting on the floor out of her way. Read moreI had a terrible experience with the Burger King app. I placed an order and received the wrong food. When I complained, they only refunded half the amount as a credit instead of fixing the full issue. To make things worse, the app stopped working, so I couldn’t even use the credit, and by the time I tried again the offer had already expired. This is completely unfair and shows very poor customer service. If Burger King values its customers, they need to fix their app and provide proper refunds instead of making people jump...
