Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Glen

Well, this Taco Bell was certainly a huge let-down. I ordered a Steak Chalupa Supreme. and got one less than half full of ingredients in a shell that was smaller than I usually get from TB, some nacho fries, and a drink, although the soda tasted watered down (either running out of syrup or not the proper brix level).

When they finally realized I wanted to order food, the look on their faces said it all - like I was an interruption.

And the "soda fountain", they were out of Mango (see out sticker), and why the "need" for TWO water selections? (there were actually THREE, one was out of frame). Do they really not want to serve their customers a proper selection of fountain drinks?

The food, the soda, the overall attitude convinced me NEVER to stop at this location ever again. You should...

Use to be a good place to stop as a trucker but now when you think your about to get some hot food at a place where we can park our truck you can’t because employees has started closing before 10pm when the supposed to be open till 12am. They are putting card board up with closed front on it just to go outside to do drug as a whole group. Us driver watched 6 of them do it tonight. Even had the guy who should had been cleaning shower out there with them while driver wait a hour for the shower. This is messed up how trucker get treated at a truck stop. Don’t even bother trying to come here late even though they claim they’re “open late”. Showed up at 10:15pm, nobody came up to take order even though the fryers were running and there was no sign indicating they’re closed. Drove out of our way thinking we could get Taco Bell only to be disappointed. Drive thru was blocked off with a cone. According to other reviews its apparently a common occurrence that the workers close early. Huge disappointment. Don’t claim to be open and not serve food.
