Pizza Sangiorgi — Restaurant in Town of Gorham

I normally never leave comments..... But here we go. I have been in the food industry for the past 30 years, that being said I could have fried an order of wings with the amount of grease on top of the pizza. I ordered half a pepperoni and half a cheese. Also stone deck oven I feel is misrepresented. Pizza screens are typically used when cooking a pizza in an oven or impinger ex: grid lines on bottom of pizza. Every stone oven I have used in my years as being a chef I never needed a screen.
