McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Granville

This place is so slow. Every morning there is a line in the drive-thru. They take one person's order, have them pull up to the last window to pay and get there food or drink then they will take the next person in lines order. Not to mention one of the walks to the bank next door every morning at the same time when the line is backed up. This place needs new workers that have some motivation. UPDATE since they've put in two drive thru monitors they are worse now then ever. Everyday I go here they have 4-5 people pulled into spots having to wait for there food. They give them there drinks then pull them ahead to wait. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. I am sitting here right now waiting for a coffee. I now know they have a time frame, and thats why they make customers pull out of the view of the cameras. The owner needs to visit this place and see...

3 stars is generous. Only 1 bathroom available & shared by everyone as other bathroom was CLOSED. Knock first it said. NO soap (do employees have clean hands?) Ordered fish sandwich, bun was stale & sauce only on half of fish, rest of sauce squashed in the box. I usually love the fish fillet but it was a dried up mess. I was actually looking to see if there was mold on the bun because it was so dry & weird tasting. My husband ordered Big Mac, some of his sauce was on outside of the box (a sticky mess). Fries were good. I said thank you as we left the counter, no replies from employees. We ate in car because of no soap in the bathroom. It felt dirty. We should have just left & not ordered. Felt unfriendly & invisible to employees. Good customer service is hard to find I guess. Never stopping here again. ...

Everytime I go here, something gets messed up. I once ordered a classic chicken sandwich (when it was on there menu) and I asked for them to add mayo, they refused to. Even though I'm paying for it, they can tell me what I can and can not put on my sandwich? Once I got up to the window, the girl came over and gave me a HUGE attuide about how I cant have mayo on that sandwich and basically mocking me because I wanted mayo. I didnt think it was a huge problem since I'm paying them for it? Went in and spoke to the manager and the manager had nothing to say, just gave me a snotty look after I was done ranting about her attuide towards such simple thing! Even though I'm closer to this mcdonalds, I try to avoid it and drive a few mins longer for another mcdonalds and i let everyone know why. Such bad upper...
