Docksiders Pub & Oven — Restaurant in Town of Greece

I started working at Docksiders about a year ago, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever worked. I recently ended up quitting my full time job as a retail analyst and chose to be happy in the place where I work, instead of chasing a stressful career. This is what can be promised at Docksiders. When you walk through our restaurant doors, you cannot help but have a smile brought to your face. After falling in love with the staff, owners and amazing guests who make the atmosphere unlike any place you‘ll ever go. Docksiders will never be a place where you go solely for food and drinks, it’s a place where people from the west side come together as a family. You are only ever surrounded by good company and a positive atmosphere. There’s not many places where you can go where the staff cares just as much as their guests as they do their own family, and this is what I LOVE about Docksiders Pub and Oven. We ordered over the phone while on the road to "pick up at 7:15pm" (we were 1hr. away). We get a text less than 10 minutes later saying the order is ready. So it's sitting there waiting for 50 mins to be picked up. We call back. They apologize, say it'll be handled. Then we get another text saying the order is ready at 6:55. Again 20 minutes early, for a meal they already know takes 10 mins to prepare. Of course the a/c is blaring when we get to the already-chilly dockside pub. The food at home (including burgers "with red" inside) were cooked through, obviously the same meal reheated & cooled *twice as it sat waiting for us. They literally had one job, which we asked them NOT to do for an hour per our pickup time. I went for drinks on a Tuesday night during happy hour and received the worst service i have ever experienced. The bartender does not serve you if you're a female. She was attentive to the male patrons, but never asked me if I would like a refill on my drink, yet asked the male friend I was with if he would like one. She showed no class by using fowl language the entire time I sat at the bar. The worst part was when I got my check my drinks that were supposed to be half priced were both full price, while my guy friend got half priced off of his, which I didn't realize until I paid my bill. Unfortunately this wasn't my first time experiencing this from the bartender.
