Asked for Chinese mustard...got none. Literally had just "tiny specks" of meat in the Mongolian Beef, and not many of them, either. Spring roll was more like "garlic" roll. Wonton soup tasted very old. Fried noodles were hard as a rock. Very disappointed, from start to finish! Was going to call to complain, but according to previous reviews, they don't really do anything about complaints. Another customer lost....
Ok, gave them another chance over the 02//24/23 weekend. Ordered Mongolian Chicken, and what I got was a Garlic Salad. Could not even distinguish the tiny slivers of chicken in the meal. And the worst part was that there was so much garlic in it, I could only eat half of it, and threw the rest out. Had heartburn that lasted until the afternoon of the next day! How do these people stay in business?????
So, here we are one year later, and I decided to try New Yu again. Big mistake! The Pork with garlic sauce had something in it that looked like very small worms, but was actually the pork! Tasteless, and I ended up throwing half of it out. How do they stay in business????? P.S. Pork egg roll was...

Called and spoke to someone who couldnt understand english, after getting through to her was offered a 10 dollar credit..when i asked if that could be put back on my card, i listened to them talk back and fourth in another language..then a less english speaking manager got on the phone and offered an 8 dollar credit. When asked what happened to the 10 dollar credit i was previously offered the manager said she didn't know who i talked to. And insisted i bring the over cooked chicken back to them for the $10 credit. Needless to say, i may or may not see the credit within 5 business days...i couldnt really understand her. This place used to be my favorite and recommended often. I will no longer do business there. They really went down hill for...

This is my second time ordering from them and both times they gave me MICROWAVED food. How do you charge someone fresh prices for reheated leftovers?
I guess the average person doesn't know the difference between freshly wok-fried and microwaved (or maybe the positive reviews are fake?) Oh well. My roast pork dish went straight into the trash and I've now learned my lesson. I'll be leaving negative reviews anywhere this establishment is being rated.
Order from New Yu House if you must, but you've...
