I usually only go here the days I’m too lazy at work to go driving for other restaurants . The pizza is ok not that great . But I went to park today to run in and get a slice for me and my coworkers . A guy sitting at the outside table came over to my car to tell me the owner don’t want me there . Mind you I watched this guy as I pulled in sit and eat no one came to him and said anything no one texted him or anything . Then he tells me I can’t park there I said why are you even walking up to my car saying anything to me I’m a 7month pregnant woman it’s no need for u to be walking up to my car I was extremely scared . He said it’s no room my gulf cart is here . Mind you he was park so messed up and close to the table he made it uneasy for me to park I asked him to move his cart please he moved it a little and said go some where else . So I yelled at him the owner watch him call me all types of names and take up the spot and didn’t even have the decency to say to the guy that’s a woman and I didn’t ask you to speak for me . I much rather eat a bag a chips from the gas station across the street because the men who work in there are so kind respectful and always preform grand customer service . I always had an uncomfortable feeling about that place and the ppl surrounding it and I see why . No worries owner and random guy you won’t see me over there...
Read moreHappened to be in the area for work and decided to stop by this pizzeria for lunch. The place has a very high rating, so I figured I would give them a shot. I'm from Long Island, so seeing a pizzeria with a high rating so far from home was a must try. Wasn't too pleased to see the pie had about 2.5 inches of crust as soon as I opened the box. This was something I hadn't seen. I'm more used to seeing less crust than anything. Maybe it's something they do up here, but if you're going to give me that much crust, give me a side of marinara sauce so I can use it as bread sticks. The rest of the pie was good, I'm not going to deny the taste was good. I just couldn't get past the crust to thick and way too much. In my opinion, I could probably have gotten another pie out of the amount of crust I had. Would like to see them perfect their pizzas, maybe cut back on the crust. I'm not sure if this is how they make pizza pies up here, but on Long Island or NYC, you hand out a pie with that much crust, you won't be getting many...
Read moreI have enjoyed Dom & Vinnie's since I found the place decades ago. Without doubt, the best I've had in Westchester. I found the help quiet and efficient, but always friendly. Since I retired from work nearby, I have tried other places in northern Westchester, but none come close to consistent great food. We make 20 mile treks to Knollwood Rd whenever we can.
The place has been unchanged in all the time I've known it, but it has always been clean.
Want an unbiased view? Go there during lunch time. Lines out the door at times. Those who work nearby (hospital, police, EMT, businesses) are always there. That...
