Different Blend Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Guilderland

This is a fantastic bakery. Each time I visit, the person working the counter is nice and helpful. Unless it is a busy time of year, usually around the holidays, their case is stocked with a plethora of unique and tasty pastries.

I have never been disappointed with anything that I have tried. Their ice cream cookie sandwiches and macaroons are exceptional each time I try a new flavor. Their bakers are experienced, and their products are amazing.

This is not the most inexpensive bakery that I have visited, but the quality is worth a premium, especially with the fact that everything is gluten-free. I generally do not eat a gluten-free diet, but I would put their baked goods up against any other bakery in the area.

As a family we love to take a drive out every couple of weeks coming from east greenbush is worth the drive to try out the amazingly delicious gluten free desserts they have, it’s really on a whole different level. The care that is placed into each dessert you can tell by how delicious everything is, whether you have a gluten intolerance or not everything tastes amazingly. The bakery is so clean and nicely organized they carry local items too which is so nice, picked up some local honey today which was a real treat as well. I have been in many times and purchased the cream puffs from the case and they were moist and delicious. I ordered the XXX cake for my birthday during the week to be ready for Saturday pick up. We had the celebration Saturday evening . We followed the instructions and removed the cake from refrigerator several hours before serving. Whatever those instructions were for certainly made no difference. The cake was dry and the buttercream frosting was falling off of the cake . That cake was not made fresh !!!
