Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Halfmoon

We just left this store. I asked at drive throug speaker if they had any vanilla frosted donuts with out sprinkles. They said yes. I ordered 3. When they gave them to us it was obvious they wiped off the frosting. It looked like someone licked it off. I took them into the store to ask for donuts that actually had frosting. This is when it got bad. One girl took my bag of donuts and threw them into the garbage. She refused to give me new donuts OR the old ones back! I was yelled at, called rude and refused service. All in front of other customers. I have never been treated so bad in any store in my life. Meanwhile my very picky eater in the car will need to find another donut he likes because I'll never buy another one...

Went inside ordered large ice coffee turkey cheddar bacon and a pumpkin spice coffee. After the girl gave my friend the ole eye roll and plenty of attitude.so on we go waiting for 15 minutes for some incompetent boywho tried to cook sandwich. He hands me the sandwich .out to the car I. Go opened the sandwich and there it is. 2pieces of bacon one piece of chicken and a slice of cold turkey . So I'm saying what the he'll is this . Went back inside raised hell. Point is if I look at you and place an order you should be able to remember it for three seconds. Guy behind counter told me to keep pushing it must be thug talk. Never Again at that...

Just went to this Dunkin, my coffee order was wrong, didn’t notice until I got home. That wasn’t a huge deal, what I was more annoyed about was that I simply asked if they had the really large cups the girl said yes I asked could I have one with just ice. She responded “uhhhh…yeah” almost like she was going to say she was going to have to charge me for it. She hands me the large cup not even half full….why would I ask for the largest cup with ice if I didn’t want it filled. At that point I was very annoyed and just left.
