Stopped by for the first time after hearing good reviews and after dinner tonight, we will definitely be back! The service was awesome, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was really nice. The ONLY thing I would say 'negative' is that I felt it was very loud inside. However, they were very busy when we went so that's to be expected. I would definitely make reservations before going.

One of my favorite spots! Food is always amazing, and they make some good drinks! Buffalos best kept secret! Make sure you get the chicken banana pepper soup!!!!! We also indulged in the RustBelt Meatloaf, loaded with pulled pork and bacon and the inferno chicken. Washed down with a gin and tonic and vodka tea! Perfect!!!

Excellent dinner last night. This place does not disappoint. Shirley had the Steak Au Poivre and she said it was the best she had ever had. I had the Blackened Salmon which was spot on. A big shout out to our waitress Brittany. Great personality which made are evening even better. The Rust Belt is a true hidden gem.

First of all...FIVE star for their fabulous food! Unfortunately, our experience there last night does NOT have any of the 10 attendees intending to go back. It was their Tuesday night special priced menu evening (which had no influence on picking them for our gathering) and at 4:30pm, not extremely busy. We had made reservations for 8 people a week prior, and had to increase by 1 person the Friday before. NEITHER TIME (when I called) did the representative of the establishment mention that we would have a time limit for our dinner. One of the bosses arrived 15 minutes late, and had we known that we would be on a time constraint, his wife would have ordered for him since they have been there several times before. Our server was very pleasant, but the time spent in between taking our orders for food (appetizers as well as dinners) was ridiculously long. After the boss arrived, she still waited another 15 minutes to take our order. The appetizers arrived at the table about 20 minutes later- ONE at a time (we ordered 3 of them for the entire table) over a 10 minute time frame. Then salads another 20 minutes later. THEN dinners about 20 minutes after the soups/salads, which was perfect! While starting to clear our plates after the meal, the boss mentioned dessert to the server and she informed us that we COULD NOT ORDER DESSERT, NOR COFFEE because our dining experience had taken the allotted time frame. WWHHHAAATTTTT?????? This was the first we had heard of a time frame! A couple of us had been in the food service industry prior to our current employer (we were on a work dinner for the New Year) and none of us had ever even IMAGINED that a place would deny us the chance to finish our meal! I approached the manager (pleasantly) and asked why we were being punished for THEM being slow to serve our meal? She pointed out that several people had arrived late (as I stated earlier, the boss arrived late) and I said that I was the last to arrive TWO MINUTES LATE to the table (forgot about him) but overall, it was the server's as well as the kitchen's lack of timing that kept us there that amount of time. We literally SAT waiting for each part of the meal...and commented that she and the kitchen were probably was so slow because it was their special menu night (which by about 6pm was packed) and that most restaurants still do not have full staff due to COVID. To what extent does an establishment have the right to be so rude as to refuse a table their last part of their meal??? They DEFINITELY need to tell the customer when the reservation is made (especially with larger parties which take longer to serve) that there is a time constraint as to how long their stay can take. ALL 10 of us are still so angry that we were treated so RUDELY! We are a diverse group of 35 year olds to approximately 67 years old so we aren't obnoxious, young, self-entitiled people who were drinking heavily or talking loudly. We were polite, and spending a great deal of money (well, the boss was) on a what was to be expected...lovely evening. It turned out to be a meal that we are all still talking about today (and not focusing on the great food, but the horrible experience) and all agreeing on that RUST BELT will NOT be a place that any of us will go back to based on how the night ended. The manager did NOT apologize- she simply stated that we had to leave based on the fact that they had people waiting for our table. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I hope she experiences what we did- how would she like to be kicked out??? ...

We received a gift card for Xmas and decided to give it a try. Arrived about 5:30 and there were quite a few open tables, we were told we should call for a reservation, but they had a table for us. I think we figured that there were based on the amount of empty tables. Our waiter was very friendly and brought us our waters fast. He returned to take our orders, but we hadn't yet decided. On returning for our orders he said he'd bring out bread. That arrived shortly after, warm with a dipping oil, not bad. We all ordered fish, mine was broiled, my husband's fried and my daughter ordered the fish and shrimp. We finished our bread and waited for our dinner. After 20 minutes our waiter said our order would be up in a few minutes. Another 20 minutes and he came over to replenish our water. I asked him if they were out catching the fish, he chuckled and made light of it. Another 15 minutes and my husband was getting pretty upset. Finally my dinner came out, but the others took another 5 minutes. Although attentive, our waiter never offered an apology for the extreme wait, nor any type of compensation for the inconvenience of the time it took for our orders and also not receiving them at the same time. I was a waitress in my younger days and this would not have been a ceptable customer service, nor is it today. We should have been offered a discount of some sort, dessert or at the very least an apology. Probably won't go back...

Called on 7/24 for a reservation for 6 at 6:30 on 7/26. They returned my call on 7/26 at 4:00 pm and said that they could only do 7:30 for 6 people. We went there for the 730 rez. When we arrived there was no one at the hostess section. We waited and eventually she came and told us that we would have to wait another half hour so we went to the bar. We waited at least a half hour or more. They were busy because they have their NOW 12.00 special. The waitress was not friendly at all. Never gave her name, took the drink order which was short since we already drank at the bar. We asked if we could split the bill just 2 ways and she refused saying "they don't have time for that." We placed our orders and waited and waited. The soup and salads came in about 20 minutes. When delivering the salads she asked if we needed more bread and we said sure not knowing there was an additional charge. Finally the meals came in about 1 hr. By this time there were not many diners left. We received the bill and there were additional charges of $.75 for 2 meals for GRAVY. Who charges additional for gravy? Should be part of the meal!! Also additional $1.50 for the additional bread. This seems to be their new post covid ploy to increase the bill. We did not see anything on the menu for these additional charges and these wait times are unheard of. Seems no one is running the show here. In the past this was a good local restaurant. We...
