Woodlawn Diner — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

If I can leave no star, that would be appropriate for the experience I just had. I have been going here for over 2 years, the previous owner Missy was absolutely amazing in every aspect and her food was never a disappointment. I went in today to realize she is no longer working there which was upsetting because she made my favorite plate and made it perfect every time. I order a STEAK breakfast bun today to be served STEAKUM meat! I would never pay for that to have at home let alone out in a diner! The problem was addressed to the server and all we got was an apology. She did not try asking if we’d like something else nor removing it from the bill seeing I didn’t even eat it, I removed it from my sandwich and left it on the plate. A remodel of the building will not suffice for awful service. I am highly disappointed and will not...

Great food...the BEST pies!

This place is great for breakfast or lunch. It's a diner and the food is made right in front of you. All wonderful fresh ingredients. I have had breakfast and lunch there. When you get a sandwich you do not get deli meat you get meat that was sliced right there...wow...a lot of places do not do that anymore. The mashed potatoes are real not instant. Everything tastes wonderful and make sure you save room for pie. Literally the best pie I have ever eaten was from here.

The atmosphere is also a ton of fun. Great little diner!

I cannot say enough good things...if you are hungry do not drive past this place like I did for so many years. Make sure you stop and try it out. I know I will totally be going back.

I love this place!!! I normally dont repeat restaurants when I go out to eat, but now I dont want to eat anywhere else! Food so fresh and caringly prepared! And service is fantastic! Our waitress Emily was so so nice and ended up chatting with us, remembers her customers and really goes the extra mile. I am not in any way affiliated with the place...I just love it. The atmosphere is great too...feels like you are stepping back in time, to another place or maybe into a novel set in Anywhere, USA. Its a small diner, but that just adds...
