Little Pops Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hamptonburgh

The pizza is ok not great but its the only one in our area. their phone service is horrible. I called to order a pizza tonight on my drive home from work and waited and waited for my que in their automated phone system. Called back a few times and either waited so long went to voice mail, left a message with no return call or line dropped after being in their que for a while. Drove over to ask what was going on and the staff told me they took the phone off line as they had too many orders. Sooooo disrespectful i would have prefered you just told me it was a 1-2 hour wait then make me leave messages you dont return or wait in a phone que with the computer telling me how many people are ahead of me to place an order. So went a few doors down and ordered Chinese. This pizza place has no respect for my time as a customers so no worries i wont be ordering...

Service was impeccable. Ordered online for delivery, for lunch at work like 10mins away. They called immediately after I placed the order to inform me they'd have to push the delivery back a bit as they had a big catering order. Awesome so now I take my lunch a little later, so i don't miss out on the food. Got a text at 302 saying my food was on the way, 310ish my food was delivered. Food was delicious, really was. However, idk what happened from the time it was made to being pulled out of an insulated bag, but, good as it was, the food was luke warm. Its also 50 degrees out so its not like the food gonna be flash chilled walking it outside. Almost 50$ spent on luke warm delivery.(More with tip included) Also paid extra for extra Caesar which did not appear to...

Little Pops is always a great small town pizzeria joint with a place to sit down to eat with family. Little Pops owner Steve, his wife and father are amazing owners, Steve has always been accommodating to his customers. If you have a mistake he is easy to mitigate any issues and will go beyond expectations to make the customer feel satisfied with the service. His pizza as well as the other menu foods are amazing and you get a lot for what you pay. The garlic knots are to die for!.. being all soaked in butter and garlic.
