The wings were to die for!!! I need hot sauce with 99.9% of the things I eat, but these were sooo delicious & full of flavor I did not need it! However, I wish they did have a HOT bbq they served with their food, because to me the 3 that were provided were pretty mild.

Our server ordered us the brisket sandwich instead of the 1/2# of brisket we asked for but she didn’t come back until we were done eating & asked if we wanted the check. This was fine because everything tasted great & we had our drinks we wanted. But we realized we didn’t get what we ordered until after… with that said, there was a good amount of meat on the sandwich!

I was afraid of the wine selection they had for the wines they made there because everything seemed liked it would be so sweet.. but we tried the blackberry/cranberry wine Togo & had some on the lake when we got home & it was perfect! Sweet, but not sooo sweet you can’t stand it & it has a tart finish...

6/22 On a beautiful sunny evening we arrived at opening time. I knew we wanted to sit outside in the sun and enjoy the fresh air and the view. We were the first ones there and lingered over a couple of glasses of beer before we ordered. We each got the pizza...they are rectangular and perfect for one hungry or two to share. We got two because we wanted some leftovers to take bach to the cabin. They were fantastic. The crust cooked perfectly..a light crispy outside, tender inside with great bite to it. But the sauce! OMG if they sold bottles of it I would have bought a case! Fresh tomatoes lightly sweetened....it was amazing. The toppings were excellent as well.. but pizza crust and sauce make or break any pizza, right? We love pizza and live in the twin cities and have tried most of them and hands down this beats any of those including my own. Thanks for a wonderful memory. And by the time we left the parking...

[Note: This a COVID era post]. Went with a friend for food, not the wine. Seating was well-spaced out outdoors (though, you could eat indoors). We ordered their woodfired pizzas...and wow, they were good! The sauce was nice and tangy and the sausage was nice and peppery...just like Chicago-style sausage. And that's because one of the co-owners, Ken, IS from Chicago. Ken visited our table (and other guests) to say hello and get feedback. Ken and the servers had masks and most guests were really good about social distance. Sitting outside on the winery grounds under an umbrella was super pretty. And if you don't like pizza, they also served smoked meat made by Dave (as in in Famous Dave's), who is also a co-owner. If you are looking for their wines, they serve wine slushies outside that are mixed with fruit juices. The wine list (for by the glass or bottle) consists of wines from...

Server was very helpful. However, Tamarack wines were VERY sweet. The are plenty of other wines to choose from though. There are many Gluten free options. GF pizza was very nice except they left all the seeds in the jalapenos which made the sweet and spicy pizza very hot ... More like a sweet and hot pizza. I feel that normally you would take most of the seeds out before you served them. Someone else had ribs and they were good. It is a busy place, open Thursday thru Sunday. Not a calming atmosphere... More of a restaurant vibe... Which it is pretty much, in a farm setting. It's not a relax and look over the vineyard sort of view. All in all, was a fun place for friends and family to gather.
