Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this winery is a true hidden gem. From the moment you arrive, the serene atmosphere welcomes you, with rows of lush vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. The rustic charm of the tasting room, coupled with the breathtaking views, sets the stage for a memorable experience. It's hard to believe this is a renovated barn! I'm so glad that some of the beams were kept as well. The wine selection is nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the nuances of each varietal, while offering tastings that highlight the unique characteristics of the region. From crisp whites to bold reds, the wines are thoughtfully crafted, and each sip feels like a celebration of the terroir. I am in love with the reislings. I have traveled the US and Europe and have never had a better reisling! Hats off to you. What truly elevates this winery experience, though, is the cuisine. The menu is a delightful blend of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, artfully paired with the wines. Whether it’s a simple charcuterie board or a more elaborate entrée, every dish is prepared with care and precision. The flavors are vibrant, and the portion sizes are generous without feeling overwhelming. I was lucky enough to meet the women in the kitchen and all I can say is wow about each lady. Bravo. This is THE BEST french toast that I have ever had as well. You truly care about the food you create and that is becoming increasingly rare in the world. Best of all, this winery offers all of this at an incredibly affordable price. The wine is reasonably priced, the food is well worth every penny, and the entire experience feels like a luxury retreat without the hefty price tag. If you’re looking for a winery that offers great wines, delicious food, and an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality, this is the place to visit. It’s a lovely combination of affordability and excellence that makes it stand out in the world of wine and cuisine. Highly recommended!

Nicely modern, well themed winery by the lake with a great view. After a long time of meaning to come here it's now one of my must-visits. Amazing selection of dry wines, both red and white (if you like sweet wines, this might not be the location for you). Michael was an amazing host, fully explaining the history of the place and giving great details of the wines. Very personable and friendly from the get-go. And if the wine isn't enough to make you visit, the food spread is amazing. A perfect destination for a brunch, or if you want a quick bite during the day. Greate locale, great people, and great wine. What more can you ask for?

We came for the food, and stayed for the wine. The view itself is gorgeous in this renovated barn. We are delicious food on the balcony and we’re completely relaxed. We also ordered wine flights that were detailed and delicious! Certainly tried things I never would have on my own. Our server and host offered to answer any questions and engaged us in conversation. Thank you for serving food with wine because many places around here don’t! Thank you for a wonderful introduction to the Seneca Wine Trail!

Arrived in Watkins Glen, early afternoon, & decided to make the short, 5 minute drive around the lake to Ryan Williams Winery. Our decision to go there it was in large part, influenced by other positive reviews. And, we were not disappointed when we arrived and experience the destinations for ourselves. Setback from the road it has a majestic view. The winery is centered around a fully restored 19th century barn, which makes for a very relaxed & elegant experience. Service was outstanding, & the manager/host made us feel exceptionally welcome & was fully engaged with all the guests making sure their dining experience was on point. The establishment is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. The husband oversees the operations of the winery, while the wife is responsible for running the kitchen. The quality of the food she & her team prepare is outstanding, & is definitely farm to table. The menu is simple but varied, & the portions were generous. If the weather permits, definitely sit outside on the patio & enjoy some fantastic views of Seneca lake. You will not be...

As you come in, you find a neo-retro style barn, maintaining the essence and structure whilst adding a touch of color and modern materials. It is easy to locate with the signs by the road & the blue indigo barn is unmissable.

The friendly staff who knew about their offerings, helped us decide what to go for, both in terms of food as well as in wines. It also doesn’t hurt to have stunning views while you wine & dine.

Ryan, the owner, was extremely hospitable & his passion for his wines is contagious. Additionally, his wife designs the entire menu. Even though it’s not a restaurant per se, the food is incredibly flavorful, without being too salty.

The indoor sitting offered a well-ventilated environment in our warm day. However, we adventured ourselves outdoors & the umbrellas provided a nice shade.

I totally recommend this vineyard - it even won the Rosé of 2019 for the NY State! It is still a small...
