Joe's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I must admit I'm from Roosevelt and definitely do not remember this eatery. Anyway again I must admit the food was delicious. I had the fried whiting with french fries (the fries and the seasoned batter on the fish was also delicious). My daughter had the vegetable omelet with pepper jack cheese. I tasted her food and had to get an order of that omelet with home fries to go. The ladies in the back doing the cooking has been blessed to serve as well as cook. Really bad place, these guys are always with attitude, they treat costumers, really bad, besides, they have bad equipment.. I rented an air compressor and it was defective, it worked for a couple of hours and at the break I shut it off and would not start back on, I call them explaining the issue and they told me they did not have any technician on site, to help clients on these matters.. besides they put a large amount of money holding on my credit card, I don’t remember exactly how much they put, but that was in a hold for several days. Every weekend I try to support our local businesses I’m all for that. But this is my FOURTH time finding a piece of hair in my omelette!! I understand things happen But all the time. I have called and complained the manger was very apologetic and even offer me a free omelette which I did receive(and that one was ok thank GOD)So today I ordered my usual and i had a few bites of the omelette and I see the hair.
