He sido cliente de este lugar pero hoy creo que exageraron me cobraron 17 dolares por esta comida, el seĂąor moreno que cobra solo cobra lo que le da la gana solo abre la tapa de la comida un segundo y dice el precio, nisiquiera mira bien que es lo que lleva muy mal servicio mas bien lo corre a uno no creo que vuelva a este lugar y menos que pueda recomendar a alguien a menos que tenga 20 dolares para una comida, ese seĂąor que cobra lo mira a uno tan serio como que el dia lo tiene amargado y por eso cobra un precio y despuĂŠs otro precio, un dia yo llame y pedi tres pupusas y me cobro 16 dolares es un exagerado deberĂ­an de poner de cajero a alguien honesto no un estafador

E sigo fiel consumidora desde hace un buen tiempo, para ser honesta la comida es buena. pero no es la primera vez que me entregan la comida quemada primero fueron unos tacos, luego un pescado con su carne consumida de tan dorado que estaba, y las tajadas tambien, y ahora la carne quemada y cruda ah la vez, este post no es con el fin de perjudicar solo de que mejoren un poco a la hora de empacar la comida. Otra cosa el precio cuando uno llama dan uno y al llegar es otro no sĂŠ si es dependiendo quien cobre pero deberĂ­an tener un precio estable.

I thought I was the only one who felt this way but the food I ordered was overpriced. I ordered beans, rice and curtido with one tortilla. And they the guy at the register charged $8. I was near the area and I was hungry so I paid and left. I also noticed when I got home that I got two tortillas instead of one. The refried beans were too salty. The cashier guy was not engaging was quick to take my money but then took an extra moment to give change back because he was watching the soccer game. I had to hold my hand up in his face to get him to hurry up to give me back my change. The Mineola deli charge me half of what La Fonda charge for medium container. I’m sure the owner is going say that this does not happen in their restaurant….. guess what it did happen at La Fonda. Please...

The food is the BOMB here !! lEl desayuno, The tajadas, the pupusas, the tacos de pollo con tortillas, sopa de mondongo, sopa de res, YUM !!! You won’t be disappointed and this location is bigger and new than the Hempstead but the parking is small but you can eat and enjoy your meal and they have tablets for you as you wait for your food not even Starbucks or other Deli have tablets La Fonda leveled up !!! The food it's average. The attitude of the guy there its nasty, he is not a customer service person. I've been there multiple times and attitude I get either from the girls serving and the guy upfront its miserable. Il rather go somewhere with my money rather than going there one more time. People...don't go there. These people don't appreciate your patronage you doing for...
