Taqueria Mexicas — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I was a HUGE fan when they opened up and have ordered from them very regularly since then.

Unfortunately, the past few months, things have changed. The food isn't the same and my biggest problem is that it is always ICE cold. The food would always be hot/warm by the time it got my house. Lately, no matter the time or day, it is ALWAYS ALWAYS cold. I am tired of ordering and receiving it like this. Just now, I ordered nachos through Uber Eats (priority delivery) and they legit packed cold cans of the ginger ale I ordered on TOP of the nachos. So guess what, the nachos were ICE cold in the 5 minute ride to my house! I am literally heating them up in the airfryer as I type this.

I am sad to say that I am no longer a fan and will not be ordering in the future. I have given them so many chances but I just cannot deal...

It’s a shame, I really loved this taco truck but today I went to pick up my phone order of Birria Tacos and while waiting to collect my order I notice that the lady packing the Finished taco into the tray without any gloves on( touching ppl food with dirty hands 🤢🤮) She also takes payments whether it be cash or card and touching your Food.

I am not buying from here anymore. Put some God damn gloves on, you are handling...
