My experience at midnight oil was quite unpleasant. Whoever is in charge of picking the ice to go in the drinks should be fired. The ice in the coffee is made up of tiny little pebbles that melt and completely water down your drink in just a few minutes. Other than that the coffee is pretty bitter. The employees are hit or miss some were polite and friendly while others were rude and completely incompetent. In the future I’m going to bring my bring my business to Beanz or a...

Rip OFF!

Caffe Mocha Grande is 4.15. I ordered it with coconut milk INSTEAD of dairy.. NO extra charges were mentioned.

I was meeting with people there and wasn't given a receipt. Later i noticed tgat the charge came out as 5.45.

Is it for Replacing dairy with coconut milk? Shouldn't they at least deduct the dairy I'm not getting? Coconut milk "replacement" costs more than 1 dollar?!

I prefer Java's but sometimes give Midnight Oil a chance. The coffee isn't bad but there is a huge gap in customer service and quality between Java's and Midnight Oil. If you run out of ice coffee midpour then don't serve it to me at full price. The level of apathy in the people behind was amazingly bad. I want to like this place but have had 3 bad experiences out of the last 4 times...
