Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Highlands

I have never been treated so rudely than at this Starbucks. I went to this Starbucks during my break, in which I ordered a bagel with avocado spread & a coffee. After I got my food I went back to my job to eat the food since my break is short. Upon getting to my job, I looked at the avocado spread and it was expired. Thus I went back to Starbucks to return it, all while my bagel is just getting colder. By this time there was a huge line, once I got to the front I told them it was expired and she gave me a refund for the spread only. I didnt recieve any apology for the inconvenience nor an offer for something else since now the bagel was ice cold. I even asked do you have any that weren't expired because I still needed something for the bagel, in which I was told point blank "No". The woman who gave me the refund is the same one who makes the drinks, is one of the most rudest employees I have ever met. I will never come back to this Starbucks & I will make sure I share my experience...

I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the...

I'm not sure what has been going on recently and by recently I mean since the PSL dropped. I didn't want to give a bad review but I'm over it at this point. I order my drink today and I usually get 4 shots of expresso so there is no why under the sun it should taste watered down ( my drink was hot), not only was there not 4 shots in my drink but there was no flavor and i added extra suryp to my coffee. I'm irritated because a bad cup of coffee can really ruin someone's day. This is not the 1st time I've gotten a subpar cup of coffee. Once I even got a drink with soiled milk, there was even chunks in it. They are usually on point so idk what...
