Red & White Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Holland

They’re brand new, so I certainly don’t want to be harsh. First trip in, no sugar free options - ordered a latte, the milk ratio was off, definitely needs more espresso. Second trip, in a rush - grab and go sandwich, waited at the register while she cleared the orders on the screen and had to ask to please be checked out - I was the only customer. Sandwich for my daughter, pretty crispy…like hard to bite through, maybe too long in the warmer …sausage is crumbled not patties, cheese not of great quality. $7 sandwich wasted. She wouldn’t touch it. I took a bite to confirm her complaints… Maybe learning curves will get ironed out. Place has great potential and a lot of awesome people involved that want it to...
