I drove up to rochester from Brooklyn and stopped here for coffee. This was the BEST dunkin coffee I've ever had, either Brooklyn sucks or this dunkin is just magical. The workers were the nicest people I've ever met, even while multitasking and taking care of other customers.

While at the drive-thru speaker trying to decide what I was going to order the woman through the speaker kept asking "my I take your order" and even though I had already said "one moment please" she kept asking with a rude tone in her voice. Then when I had finally made my choice which was 50 ASSORTED munchkins, I drove to the window. The same woman (noticing the same tone) took my money which her name tag said "MANAGER". I thought about getting assorted so each of my 3 children could have a choice. After driving off my husband opened the box and all that was in there were 2 blueberry, 5 jelly and the rest were cinnamon! I guess I should have specified since my daughter likes chocolate, one son likes glazed and the other son will eat anything. I won't go to that one again! When the Dave is working there NEVER seems to be a problem! They just lost a customer due to her lack of customer service skills especially...

Went there ordered a muffin chocolate chip an a dozen donut holes . An a cub of coffee had to wait for the coffee because they some how lost it of didn't make it one of the two . So stood there for about 5 minutes till a lady who was nice ask me what I was waiting for. So I told her the coffee I had ordered an final got it so that's good rite rite . No that's not the end yet so I got all the way home an there's a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee so that's a one star for the effort witch wasn't good. I hate drinking a coffee an my coffee to have the grounds mixed in a flunk...

Honestly I used to love this dunkin. Then an older taller lady started messing with my drinks. Some of them are amazing but some like her are rude and shouldn't be in customer service.ok so edit time. This place has gotten worse. Some good people do not make up for the ones who would rather not do there job and take almost 30 min in drive-thru so they can talk and smoke. You guys really need to work on your employees. Or honestly let someone else take over this dunkin.by far the worst dunkin...
